My approach to growing and scaling projects has changed. I adopted a more sustainable approach to working for communities.

As we work with teams in the incubator, we collect observations, readings, and other resources. While each project and context is unique, some resources are useful across sectors, project age, and other differentiating factors.

Bibliographies collect published writing by researchers, capacity builders, industry insiders and are organized by subject. Check out curated bibliographies on project governance, community, and more!
Notes collect observations gathered from our 1:1 work with projects. While each leadership team is unique, some similarities emerge. Notes share these common reactions and tendencies and are meant to be a resource to individual project leads or managers as well as funders and other leaders across the ecosystem.
Records collect notes from public events including speaker bios, shared resources, and transcriptions and recordings.
